In making the announcement, Driscoll stated, “Iain’s on-air presence, engagement with viewers and versatility made him the right choice for this premier role on our evening news.”

Most recently, Page has been anchoring FOX 29’s 5 p.m. weekday newscast, since he joined the station in February 2013.  For the last few months, he has also been co-anchoring the 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. newscasts.

Before joining WTXF, Iain served as an anchor and reporter for KPRC-TV in Houston. Prior to that, he was an anchor on The Golf Channel’s various broadcasts, including their nightly news show, “Golf Central.” Page has held anchor/host positions at various outlets, including FOX Sports NY, MSG Network, ESPN and “The Jax Show” on Eyejax Entertainment. Earlier in his career, he was a weekend sports anchor at News 12 Westchester and at WAPT-TV in Jackson, MS, where he held his first job in television. Before broadcasting, Page was an attorney at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. He also was a Litigation Associate at Goldstein & Manello in Boston, MA.

Iain will co-anchor the 5, 6 and 10 p.m. newscasts alongside his current co-anchor on the 5 p.m. news, Kerry Barrett.
